Digital panic: How to effectively manage a crisis online – Are you ready?
19February @ 08:30 - 10:30
Accidents, protests, product failures, harassment… crises come in many forms and flavors. Often, they start in the real world but these days they can also be ignited online. Is your association ready to deal with a crisis digitally? Do you have the right tools and protocols in place? What would you do if one of your members is put under the spotlight?
During this session, part of ESAE’s series on public affairs and digital communications, specialists from Cambre Associates are back to provide practical tips on how to use online tools to improve your association’s crisis preparedness and be ready to deal with the worst, from planning to implementation. They will also show some case studies and how to handle – or how not to handle – difficult situations.
8:30 : Registration and Coffee
9:00 : Short Presentation of ESAE and Thon Hotels
9:10 : Workshop Starts
10:30 : Networking Coffee

This is the second event that ESAE co-organises with Cambre Associates on Digitalisation for Associations.
In this series of workshops, Experts from Cambre provide ESAE members with unique insights on how to make sense of all the rapid changes that digitalisation brings to our work. We will explore how to use the changes to create more added value for our members and to make our day-to-day management easier.
The workshop will be hosted by Thon Hotel E.U., Rue de la Loi 75, 1040 Bruxelles
